Dear Cast, Parents and Members of the school,
It is with our deep regret that we must apologise. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen technical error, the audio for the urban concerts has not recorded. This error occurred on both nights and was not identified by the production team until after Thursdays show.
Whilst we appreciate how disappointed many of you will be by this news, we are trying our best to make amends. Dance acts with backing tracks are recoverable as we can 'dub' the track over the video file, which was successfully recorded.
We hope you can accept this apology and we promise that we will work our hardest to ensure this never happens again.
