Tickets - Terms and Conditions

1. By reserving tickets online, you will automatically be added to our mailing list. You can opt-out of these emails by clicking the link at the bottom of any mailing list email you receive from us.
2. The USU committee reserve the right to close ticket reservation at any point without notice.
3. Tickets are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.
4. Seats are not allocated on our Urban Nights.
5. The USU team reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject any person without refund.
6. The USU team reserves the right to cancel or delay the event at any time.
7. USU events contain the use of strobe lighting, loud music and theatrical pyrotechnics. We recommend that our Urban Nights are not suitable for those under the age of 5 and our Swing Night is an over 18's event.
8. Please note that the taking of photographs, videos and/or audio recordings at all USU events is strictly prohibited. Any person found doing so will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
9. Kenilworth School is a non-smoking site.
10. Any person attempting to use forged, photocopied, damaged or draft tickets will be refused entry.
11. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless there is a waiting list which exceeds the number available for sale.
